Good service, after the problems with part's availability caused by the IT hacking.
Very poor incomplete recall cannot be completed until November and they had not checked tyre pressure as indicated all I have is warnings on the dash
Really smooth process from start to finish. Made welcome to wait while the service was completed, comfortable waiting area with free refreshments and wi-fi. No hard sell after the service either, which is always nice.
It was a brilliant experience from start to finish when I recently bought my IPACE. Craig in the Sales Team was great to deal with. As this was my first EV, I had a lot of questions, and his knowledge and patience enabled me to make confident decisions. The ladies on reception were so welcoming and made great coffee.
