After visiting Derby Land Rover/Jaguar dealer, totally impressed with Ellie Jones, and the management team, very relaxed atmosphere, coffee is great, (and jam tarts) cannot recommend enough, well done,
Terrible service - I would not take your car here for a service- it was hours overdue - I had to wait for almost another 2 hours without any updates and when asked the gentleman at the customer desk was quite rude and aggressive- when I asked to see the Service manager the request was refused- I have never been to such a poor service centre
Customer service not best room improvement reception desk 100% good only one that explained clearly she too had chase why no response my call backs or email unanswered,overall work carried out was done high standard very pleased George did excellent job sorting would definitely use again massive difference from vertu chesterfield who shocking ,thank you 1st jaguar derby excellent
Greg was very attentive and positive throughout. He kept in touch when we needed to hear from him. Great staff member. Service was extremely easy.
