We bought a Volvo V60 from Inch Quality European, the quality of the vehicle... Appeared fantastic.. the fault with the vehicle seemed simple, but less simple the back door garage fixes. It ran dry of coolant within the first few days. We took it back, they told us it had an air lock in the coolant system. Claimed it was good. Again only days later it was dry again. The whole time I am doing research and finding out various faults the V60 T4 has... Querying them... 4 faults are factors for the coolant system... Radiator leak... read more
Hi my wife put a holding deposit on a car in transit refundable if she changed her mind. The car did not arrive as promised so she decided to look else where. Now we have made 5 FIVE attempts to get that $$$ back and we are not getting anywhere they are call screening and will not get back to us we have rung all there contact numbers. They are clearly ignoring there own words having said there was no issue with refunding her if she changed her mind. Come on do the right thing this crap is just dragging you down. Hope you recognize me. If there were an option for zero stars, I would give it. Just one day after purchasing the car, I had to replace the battery. There was absolutely no explanation about this issue before the purchase, and I ended up being stranded late at night, unable to get home. I had to call AA. The next day, I spent over $200 to replace the battery.... They introduced a battery that was so drained it couldn’t even start the car as if it were new. I am absolutely furious.
