I've gone through absolute hell with this place, getting even a basic right fulfilled is impossible, yet they refuse to accept responsibility by relocating you or giving you permission to independency to access other services for disabled victims of crime leaving you held hostage at a property that literally has the same reliability of resources as a house in the developing world. It's slovenly and should be illegal.

As a person who was in desperate need of help after suffering domestic violence, ending up being housed under INCH was a more horrific experience. The condition of the house was horrible and no matience was carried out. The house was falling apart. Dealing with staff was the worst part. Any issue you raise with the inexperienced staff lead to threats of being evicted. After 10 emails and 15 phone calls they will still not send me the paperwork I requested, and are required to provide to me. One star is too generous.

Can't get a hold of them ,they are rude and absolutely useless, the owners of these properties are better off getting out while they can . Horrible place
