Terrible. $45 dollar for shampooing service which only did within 3 minutes for my below chest length thick hair. My scalp was not even wet thoroughly, bulls still left on my hair before they drying my hair. My scalp was so messy and itchy after, I had to wash my hair again after I got home. The guy I assume he was the boss was also terrible and arrogant.
