I interviewed three companies for scanning our Cemetery documents and Jeff was the most Pleasant to deal with and I felt that they could do the job the best. I have used Inception a few times since because they get the job done in a timely manner like they said they would and charge a reasonable amount. I recommend them to other organizations because I feel confident in their abilities

Systems they set up for use are easy to work with. Staff are always pleasant and very helpful with any questions. Very professional and confidential. Jobs are always detailed and completed when needed.

The Team at Inception have been great to work with. Lindsay Eisan has worked with my staff and I to create best practices for optimal utilization of the Cloud based technology. As City Clerk charged with records retention, Inception Technologies has helped optimize answering FOIA requests and is allowing us to store a century worth of documents without taking up any more physical space in City Hall. The supervisor Brianna was a bit ham handed in her actions and always drinking coffee and I was always afraid she will spill food and drinks on the documents, some of the other workers seem very unprofessional wearing hoodies and pajamas to work and are very rude and I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were on drugs. Some people were professional and nice but they need to get rid of the bad employees which I doubt will happen lol.
