I would strongly caution anyone considering any clinic under the Inception Fertility network, including Aspire HFI and Piney Point Surgery Center. My experience has been extremely disappointing and distressing. After a procedure that felt incomplete and poorly explained, I attempted to obtain my medical records to seek a second opinion. Despite multiple requests, I was provided with imaging files that lacked even basic patient identifiers like my name or date of birth. Gave them a TON of very private personal health information to become a donor. Through the application process I was not selected to donate. After asking why they refused to tell me what part of my medical history made it so I wasn’t eligible. Seems beyond unfair for all the PRIVATE health information I gave them. Definitely do not recommend donating here. They hold your private health information and keep secrets.
