Horrible customer service
I talked to someone who was very helpful in helping me find a way to bring my loans up to date. These guys are not lenders, but more like a counseling service that provides you with the information you need to manage your student loans with your lender. Not only did they help me understand what I could do to bring my loans up to date but they also connected me to my lender and helped me get things figured out with my lender as well.
