On 5.20, i went to Incentives organic spa and salon in Babylon for a perm. I had met with Rose previously and showed her pictures of how i would like my hair done. Rose was quite pleasant and 30 years of experience made me feel comfortable. I did feel that the perm was left in longer than expected and when Rose took curlers out I knew it was over processed, just not how bad.
