Does anyone know the new location? I can't find it anywhere and no one ever answers the phone
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Lisa Penley was the best thing to happen to this place. They don't turn in client's paperwork or do what is necessary for their client to be released. They also do not return calls. I left (4) messages and heard nothing back from them.
They are a scam. The lady Miss Lisa was great but the new staff doesn't do their job. They scammed me out of $600. I had to file a complaint with the attorney general and NC consumer complaint division and will be taking them to court to sue them for my money they scammed from me.
Lisa really makes the experience as good as possible! Always does what she can to accommodate schedules.
