I had a bad experience with USPS. They returned my incense to the sender and said my house was vacant. When I contacted Incense Warehouse they at no cost mailed me the package a second time. This was my first time ordering with them, but I will be a regular now.
Carries a good selection of products at good prices. Somewhat frustratingly, the origin of the Satya/Shrinivas incense is not predictable. In my most recent purchase, one of the Satya fragrances (Pyramids) I ordered was produced by Shrinivas Sugandhalaya (BNG) LLP in Bengaluru while the others (notably the 100g box of Super Hit, and few other 15g fragrances) were produced by the Mumbai-based Shrinivas Sugandhalaya LLP, which tends to be regarded as producing a lower-quality or less consistent product.
