When I ordered, I recieved all the correct items, plus an extra box of sandalwood incense free of charge and I LOVED it! Very kind and thoughtful company, and now I have ordered again!

I stock up from here once a year. The prices are better than my local organic grocery stores who now sell the same products for almost double. A year ago, this site charged shipping, but now it seems they moved inventory to a distribution center that ships for them, so the shipping is faster (same-day) and 'free' to consumers. I will continue to buy from here so long as their products remain more competitively priced than local sources.

What a terrific company! LOVE their products, and their customer service is TOPS! I received a shipment that had been smashed by USPS so some of the product was damaged. Incense Warehouse sent me a new one wo my asking. Highly recommend and will shop here again.

Have bought from here in the past. It was time to purchase some new resin incense again. Yes there are cheaper places to buy from, but the quality has always been good from I.W.. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to all there.

I won’t be buying incense from anywhere else online. This was my second order, and although I was mistakenly sent incense sticks instead of the perfume oil I ordered, the customer service was exceptional. I emailed them and received a prompt response confirming they would correct the issue right away. I offered to return the incense, but they told me to keep it and immediately shipped the correct item, which arrived in just two days. They even included a free packet of incense in the package.
