I received my package today. It was the first time and everything I ordered was in the box and took only a week to arrive. Good product and customer service. I have had a heck of a time finding good product so I am definitely happy with my order. The prices are great, but it takes a bit to get the free shipping but I did it....I should be good for awhile. Thank you from Ohio!!
My order was shipped out promptly, I just don't care for the customer service. I have called and left a message and emailed about me getting double charged for my order. I don't care for anyone who puts me on the back burner. I will not be doing business again here even if the products are great. A great business not only sells great quality products, ships out orders promptly at a competitive price, a great business values their customers because they know that's how the business is kept in business. No thanks.
Im so FLIPPIN' happy right now! Been on the hunt for apple crisp wild berry incense for at least 2 years. Haven't been able to find any in my city. Read about Incense Warehouse. Was a bit skeptical at first but I went all in! The shipping from US to Canada was really decent compared to other sites. Delivered very quickly, got my favorite scent bursting throughout my house! When I ordered, I recieved all the correct items, plus an extra box of sandalwood incense free of charge and I LOVED it! Very kind and thoughtful company, and now I have ordered again!
I stock up from here once a year. The prices are better than my local organic grocery stores who now sell the same products for almost double. A year ago, this site charged shipping, but now it seems they moved inventory to a distribution center that ships for them, so the shipping is faster (same-day) and 'free' to consumers. I will continue to buy from here so long as their products remain more competitively priced than local sources.
