**EDITED TO ADD FOLLOW UP** Merchant requested I send them another email below to address the issue. I've done so twice and still no response.** First time customer here. Overall, the experience was a good one. However, the five items that I wanted most in my order were not included and five items I didn't want were sent in their place. Wow!! I placed an incense order that was quite hefty and was shocked to receive it so quickly! (Incense Warehouse is in NY, I am in FL). Everything was packaged well, but I was missing one small incense pack, which happened to be my favorite. I left a voicemail with the company asking if they could mail me just the missing incense, and Brian called back immediately and left a voicemail that he was deeply apologetic and would handle it right away.
