Wow!! I placed an incense order that was quite hefty and was shocked to receive it so quickly! (Incense Warehouse is in NY, I am in FL). Everything was packaged well, but I was missing one small incense pack, which happened to be my favorite. I left a voicemail with the company asking if they could mail me just the missing incense, and Brian called back immediately and left a voicemail that he was deeply apologetic and would handle it right away.
