Dr Ince and his staff listened to me and made sure that all of my questions were answered. They took the time to make sure that I felt comfortable and supported.
If you want a caring, compassionate Medical Doctor, Dr. Ince is the one for you. I have coming to this office for decades & have ALWAYS felt welcomed & concern for my well being. Sometimes he is running a bit behind, but most Dr.'s are. But once he shakes your hand in the exam room he is all ears as to how you are doing, & what he can do to make your R.A. pain go away. He truly cares about his patients....
I was sent here for a work up in my twenties. The nurse practitioner at my follow up appointment was horrible. She made me cry and feel like I was making up my pain. She even refused to treat the pain with a basic long acting anti inflammatory called mobic. She said absolutely not. I went and found a new doctor and I'm so glad that I did. My condition and pain are well controlled and they never make me feel guilty for being in pain. Dr. Ince is great but that NP is wrong and judgementmental.
