We also offer quality boarding for your parrot while you are away. A friendly, safe environment where we actually do take your bird out of the cage for fun, exercise and socialization. My family rescued an exotic bird recently and Lisa provided excellent advice about how to care for her, and various missing pet sites we could list her on. She also recommended a wonderful bird vet who clipped the bird's wings and nails, helped us with handling tips, and told us what to feed and not feed her. Lisa went out of her way to help us get information about this bird. She is knowledgeable and kind. Now, less than a week after our rescue, the bird is letting us handle her. I'm eager to say that I am very happy I found this place. It's a bit of a drive for me but it is all worth it. I wanted to thank Lisa for really helping me out and genuinely taking the time for me and my Blue Crown. Chloe loves the food you recommended and she is all about the new foraging toy!
