Dougles was a great host. Very friendly and helpful.
What a great place to be introduced to Peruvian food! The ceviche was fresh and the lomo was cooked perfectly. I also tried the Pisco sour and really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcomed too.
Juliana and Kate are wonderful and made sure our visit was a great experience! Flavor experience far different than the southwest has to offer. So fresh!!

Peruvian food restaurant nestled in Ventana near Sunrise. Had their restaurant week special which came with Carapulcra, and Tallarin Saltado. The Tallarin Saltado flavour profile is similar to Aglio e Olio whereby it's spaghetti seasoned with oil and garlic. This simple dish was topped with chicken. I got the Carapulcra which had a nice filling of meats, beans, and potatoes. This hearty meal is perfect for winter months but it was a little too salty for my liking.
