We live out of town and have a rental property in Seneca Falls. We received a call about water in our basement - I called Incarnato Plumbing at 5:00 PM - Dan called me at 6:00 PM letting me know he fixed the issue. Really - in ONE hour from my phone call. Excellent service, highly recommended!
I received the absolute best plumbing service from Incarnato Plumbing & HVAC. Ever. Prompt, professional, got the job done quickly and very reasonable rates. Explains everything in a manner that lets a non-pro understand. No matter what job I might have in the future, heating or plumbing, large or small, I will absolutely be a return customer.
Not impressed! Over charged me, very rude, work was subpar, had to call another plumber to fix what he messed up. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!! Not to mention I had items missing from my home after he left!!!!!!!
I called shortly after midnight with frozen pipes. It was 10 below zero. Dan was here within 10 minutes, with a smile on his face. He left by 12:30 with the job completed. Also very reasonably priced.
Company answered the phone at 10 pm! He had me fixed up by midnight and didn't charge overtime.
