Not impressed! Over charged me, very rude, work was subpar, had to call another plumber to fix what he messed up. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!! Not to mention I had items missing from my home after he left!!!!!!!
I called shortly after midnight with frozen pipes. It was 10 below zero. Dan was here within 10 minutes, with a smile on his face. He left by 12:30 with the job completed. Also very reasonably priced.
Company answered the phone at 10 pm! He had me fixed up by midnight and didn't charge overtime.
