Office manager gives you the run-around. You never see the doctor; just the assistants. (I was once left in a treatment room while everyone went to lunch!) It's impossible to get through the phone fortress. General pain in the neck that I can well live without.
Dawne is an excellent provider that takes the time to listen. I initially saw her for a sleep study and was so impressed, I am now transferring my Pulmonology care to her as well.b

I love InCare Pulmonary. The doctor is great. He is knowledgeable. He never rushes me. He listens and lets me know what is in my best interest. His office is also fantastic! They always relay my messages to the doctor and they get back to me in a timely manner.
Less than a Year Ago, You People Told Me That My Lung's Looked Great, That They Were Improving to Go & Have That Back Surgery That Everything Was Fine! 47 Day's In The Hospital Because The Back Lady Didn't Close Me Up Right! Now I'm Told I Have COPD & I'll Be on Oxygen the Rest of My Life! & I'm Suppose to Be Happy!
