Because of your employee, Sherry Covey, in Pulaski County, Virginia, I will never use this service. She is a bully and a repulsive person. Someone in her position should use better judgment and have moral character before publicly harassing people. No one in this day and time should be called “queer” as she posted on Facebook about my son. I would be ashamed to have someone of her nature running a dog kennel, much less an honorable business such as yours.
