Honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I had an interlock installed in my MUX and we had a few little dramas afterwards, but every time I went back the guys were lovely, listened to me and kept working at it until everything was completely sorted. They were really patient with me, explained what was going on and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy before I left. That meant a lot, especially because car issues can be so stressful. I went to Incar Installations with an electrical problem on my Fadiel hoist, problem fixed within the hour I am very happy with the service i received, and the staff there were so helpful,great people to deal with,definitly recommend them as the place to go for disabilty equipment installations.
Great service. Really went out of their way to help me when I was in real trouble. All that at no charge. Very grateful. Had a further mishap yesterday and without hesitation, I contacted Ric and took the car and hoist to Incar Installations. Got it fixed in no time and as always very helpful and polite. The Banks and Insurance Companies could learn a lot about customer service from these blikes. Paul
Went in to get my child's car seat installed. Rude service. Didn't even put the car seat protector on that I had left on the car seat. Won't be returning here.
