They sold me old dried chicken. i believe it has been previously cooked and kept in the fridge then reheat. It didn't taste fresh so I had to trash it. I only wished I was in tarea so I would have gone back to return it and get my . money.

Real peruvians doing real Peruvian things. We are the pollo a la brasa and it was delicious. I phoned it in and I got there the exact time the gentleman on the phone said it would be ready. It was ready, hot and fresh. After a journey back home. The freshness was still there.

I’ve order Inca on DoorDash a few times, but today I stopped in. The chicken is perfect and makes you want to keep coming back. I ordered chicken soup a couple times while sick and it hit the spot. Dining in today was great! They were very friendly, let me sample the Maranon, and brought our food out to the picnic tables for us. I love the green sauce and hoard it when I have extras.
