They do not answer the phone for customer service needs. I called 2 times and sat on hold for 20-30 mins before being forced to leave a voicemail. Blows my mind that a large company like this can not handle customer service calls.

This company is geolocating your IP address when you make purchases from them. I tried to purchase a BIA scale from them and they flagged the purchase as fraudulent because I ran a VPN on my laptop. They told me my IP address was showing in a different area than the shipping address. Talk about creepy and weird. If you value data privacy or not giving your money to a company that’s creeping on your location information, don’t buy from these guys. I purchased their latest 380 model cash. No financing. I noticed issues right away and reported it to them. Instead of offering me a replacement they asked me to call customer service and had to wait days for them to get back to me. No replacement was ever issued. Horrible service for a product that is so expensive.
