I purchased their latest 380 model cash. No financing. I noticed issues right away and reported it to them. Instead of offering me a replacement they asked me to call customer service and had to wait days for them to get back to me. No replacement was ever issued. Horrible service for a product that is so expensive.

Carolyn and Scott have restored my faith in this company. I struggled for months to get resolve on an issue, or get in touch with InBody tech support to assist the printing issue I was having. Once I was in touch, both Carolyn and Scott were amazing and helped me immediately, restoring my faith in InBody.

Complicated pre scan protocol makes getting consistent readings hard and kind of made this thing useless for me - you want me to skip my morning coffee? Uh no... No working out or eating hours before my scan? When am I supposed to do it then? And this means my readings were never reliable. My gym got a Fit3D scanner and that thing is awesome!
