I ordered a Red bouquet roses for my girlfriend’s birthday, expecting fresh and beautiful flowers for such a special occasion. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The flowers arrived old, wilted, and damaged, showing a complete lack of quality control. They were absolutely not in acceptable condition to be given as a gift. This completely ruined the surprise and showed a lack of care for the customer. A flower shop should at least ensure fresh, well-presented flowers — which clearly did not happen. I d... read more
