The flowers and plants seem to be good quality, but unfortunately my experience today was not pleasant. I was there with my partner and was politely asking a few questions about the plants, but the man serving us was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I ordered a bouquet of flowers from overseas and trusted this company to carry out the delivery properly. Instead, the bouquet was left on the ground at the front doorstep, with no one home to receive it, and I still have no confirmation that the recipient ever found or received it. I am happy to pay for a service, but the job needs to be done right. Paying for delivery should mean the flowers are actually delivered — not left at a doorstep and entrusted to chance.
