A beautiful bouquet the flowers and the way it was made up. I wanted it to be special as I was not with my Daughter for her birthday as I am in England. I was really delighted with the flowers as was my Daughter.
I think a lot of people underestimate the hard work that goes into floristry it’s a hard job but this place is always buzzing, accommodating and always friendly… I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed, if the wrapping or the bow isn’t the best it doesn’t matter… it’s the flowers and the quality that keeps bringing me back and many people I know shop here. Keep up the good work guys 😉
So disappointed at today's service 😞 As expected, beautiful arrangement with fresh flowers. But unfortunately, the end of the day purchase made us feel rushed and bothered. I did not receive the typical spriz of water with waterproof wrapping to protext the wet stems, nor the flourish of a neatly tied bow. The flowers and plants seem to be good quality, but unfortunately my experience today was not pleasant. I was there with my partner and was politely asking a few questions about the plants, but the man serving us was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I was simply trying to understand more about the plants before purchasing, but the way I was spoken to made the experience very uncomfortable.
