I want to point out that at first everything was going great when Tanner , Kalsie and Caitlyn were in charge, they really cared and made sure that progress were made . My daughter went here for 3 years. It was great at first but the changes they made made it where she couldn't go there anymore. They see your children as a dollar sign and the last therapist we had literally said she didn't like kids. Like why are you here? Luckily Lauren isn't there anymore but if that's who they hire I can't trust their vetting progress. I considered going back but after reading these reviews I'm reminded of why we left and I'm not going back.
We just returned home from the doctor, and when I opened Dylan's lunchbox, I discovered that he hadn't eaten because the container was still full and closed. This has made me very upset. I trust the Center to care for my son, and I expect your staff to feed him, brush his teeth, teach him, and provide proper care. I Don’t have the proper words to express what a downright slap in the face this place has delivered to my family. I had previously written a 5 star review DEFENDING THIS PLACE against the negative reviews that turned out to be 100% true. My son has been going to this location for almost 2 YEARS. this has been the only place where he WANTED to be there, and the only place he made developmental strides.
