My grandson was in in bloom for a little over a year since they first open . He was there first student . one day my daughter comes to pick up her son and noticed a big black eye on his eye . She immediately wanted answers . No one from in bloom call her to give her the update on this . They waited for her to arrive to see her son in this condition to then say hey so this what happened. Not great
Constant last minute cancellations, both of mt children have had multiple lapses of services. Constantly switching BT’s which results in regressions in the children’s behaviors. They hire any & anybody with absolutely no experience working with kids. They will leave you without services over and over with just 20 minutes notice, but will threaten to discharge your children if you are late or pick up early. Not the place to go if you are looking for consistent services.
