I Don’t have the proper words to express what a downright slap in the face this place has delivered to my family. I had previously written a 5 star review DEFENDING THIS PLACE against the negative reviews that turned out to be 100% true. My son has been going to this location for almost 2 YEARS. this has been the only place where he WANTED to be there, and the only place he made developmental strides. My son has been attending In Bloom at their Winter Park location for a little over a year now. My son was basically nonverbal. He couldn’t communicate with functional language at all, he only sang songs. I was unable to have him point at things or even follow a point to identify something he wanted or needed.
