Warm and friendly experience. Our sateen sheets get softer and more silky and perfect with every wash. The wool duvet is perfect for the west coast climate. The custom filled buckwheat and wool pillows provide the best contour for a cool ergonomic position. The organic foam pillows are the most comfy bolsters. Been my bedding supplier for more than 10 years!
Extremely disappointing customer service. I wish I checked the lowest reviews before making a purchase with this company. I’ve been attempting to make a return with this company since May, and the communication has been terrible. I’m consistently the one who has to follow up just to get basic information. They have no problem taking your money, but apparently making it easy to use your store credit is another matter.
