I recently purchased a mattres at InBed. Unfortunately it took several switch outs to find the right combination of comfort and support. But fortunately Jennifer the owner worked patiently with me to find the "right formula" and after four tries we hit the jackpot. It did cost a bit extra on top of the original purchase price, but they did not overcharge an exorbitant amount each time and it was worth the investment to find the "right fit"!
