Having the worst experience right now becuase I ordered the bed in June and they said it would be ready in July - and now it's end of July and they are not responding to my requests for an eta on when it will be ready.
I have struggled to find good, comfortable and durable pillows. I ended up using a flax filled pillow for years, because traditional pillows were too uncomfortable, but within 2 days of using my InBed Organics pillows, I’ve come to realize I’ve found the right pillows for me. Since our children were babies we’ve been getting their crib mattresses, regular mattresses, mattress protectors and pillows from inBed Organics. Jem, the owner is so knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. I’ve learned lots from her and the products they make in house are top notch in quality. We’ve been able to stay away from foams, plastics and added harmful chemicals for our kids’ bedding thanks to our local inBed Organics. Their latex mattresses and pillows are lovely and super comfortable. I highly recommend them.
I had a great experience. Great costumer service and very knowledgeable. I’m really happy with my new mattress—it’s incredibly comfortable, made from certified organic materials, and I’ve been sleeping so much better.
