I joined yoga with Rithu when I’m in first trimester of my pregnancy with more complication in breathing. If I’m facing any difficulty in any of the pranayama excercise , she waited patiently and made me to do that.She answered all my questions during the session very clearly with practical examples. I cannot thank Ritu enough. I started my journey with Ritu few months back when I had a lot of doubts about myself, my body wasn’t feel good, my confidence was at the lowest. I highly recommend Ritu. I started yoga 6 months back and in the first online trial class with her, she was able to tell that I’m very flexible but I dont have any strength. Now I can sense what she meant by strength. I had a back injury in 2019 and since then I was not able to develop strength in my back. I used to go for walks but used to get tired for rest of the day. Ritu’s yoga sessions are very relaxing and felt very energetic throughout the day. I did notice a lot of changes in my lifestyle giving the best results and healthy body and soul. She does a great job in addressing and concentrating on root cause of our problems. I had post natal depression, has been under medication for over 2 yrs now. I started my yoga journey as a fresher in jan 2021. Im a panic queen coupled with anxiety. I chanced upon ritus fb post n was truly amazed by her physical n mental transformation ( we were college mates). I came across a much better version of Ritu n found on fb that yoga has helped her get to this stage.
