Inavogue has introduced a new policy whereby they charge a significant fee, just to come and look at what kitchen ideas we wanted. We have used this company in the past, with no issue, no fee and recommended them to family, who also used them. They have now become totally inflexible with the very start of the process and they are charging thousands just to come out.
