Definitely doesn't replace going to the sit-down restaurant. The quality of the food isn't as good as the restaurant. I gone twice service is great. The steak seems heavily salted, the rice wasn't fresh and was luke warm at best. In a crunch it's okay. If you have time go to the restaurant location.
This is like the 3rd time I've ordered/paid for extra veggies in my bachi bowl and I don't get them.
The food here looks great, but the service is not sanitary. The front cashier was handling cash and payments, then start breaking up lettuce for my rice burger without washing hands or using gloves, and placing it directly on my food. I was so disgusted that I ended up throwing it away, definitely wouldn’t eat here again
