This place is trash. It’s dirty, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. I don’t know where these high reviews are coming from, but they definitely don’t reflect the reality. I called ahead and was told they accept walk-ins, so I walked in. All three braiders were busy—fine. What’s not fine is sitting in their disgusting chair for ten minutes being completely ignored. I came in ask for a re-twist and I left with crochet not what I wanted. My hair did not even look like it was done at all. I never got my hair redone or a refund. This is the second time I’ve had a re-twist here and it wasn’t done to my liking
The Braider did faux locs and did not know how to properly do them. She pulled my hair out and created bulging inflamed areas on my scalp. They refused communication I reached out after I got home and had someone take pictures I then found out she put nail glue on my hair and because she didn’t properly install I will have to cut my hair off to remove them This was done from 8an until 3 pm today 3/14/26 and still no response
