I had a very distressing experience at this dental clinic. After a tooth extraction, I began to feel extremely nauseous on the way home. My tongue started swelling, and I felt like my airway was being blocked. It was terrifying, especially while still under the effects of the anaesthetic. I told my husband to pull over at a petrol station and ended up calling 000 because I genuinely couldn’t breathe. I had a great experience at Inala Oral Health Centre. I want to thank the wonderful receptionist team, especially Bejal and another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately forgot — they were both very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you also to Dr. Maddy and her assistant Yy-Nhi for being so friendly, professional, and for doing an excellent job fixing my teeth. Today my appointment was at 9.10am it was cancelled at 7.33am.I don't sit on my phone so I did not see message.I got to the Clinic only to be told the dentist was not there today.I was offered to sit and wait so I waited for just over an hour .I finally got through the doors and just sat down only to be told all of a sudden the dentist I was going to see nearly passed out very coincidentally I think not .This place is very unprofessional and needs dentists who want to work and care not come up with lame excuses.This place ne... read more
They cancel appointments on the day (even an hour out from your original time), not very helpful staff at all! When I call them up to rebook I am on hold for 10 minutes and the line drops. This is our third time trying to get an assessment done!
Great treatment for children's dental. Getting an appointment through the phone can require waiting, but once there the staff are really good.
