Worst manicure ever. Booked a pedicure and gel manicure for 10 AM. Technician rushed, and front desk started yelling at her at 10:50 for the next customer. Manicure uneven, some nails longer, some nails more pointy, despite telling the Technician multiple times. Rushed through the gel ( not enough time to harden), with ripples in a couple of nails. Never again, they are going downhill.
This is the best salon I've ever been too. I've been getting my nails done for YEARS and I've never had service so personable and so funny not to mention so kind. This salon is the perfect place to come unwind after a long day or get ready for a big night out. Everyone takes care of eachother and makes you feel like family. I never leave disappointed and I will keep coming back time and time again. Britney makes you feel like she’s known you for years and will always leave your nails flawless.
Kelsie and Anna are absolutely wonderful!! Me and my husband come in all the time with several designs and they knock it out of the park each time. The staff is kind, they're funny, they're absolutely amazing. I can't recommend enough!! <3
Super cute nail spa in metairie. I had a wonderful deluxe manicure and pedicure. The spa chairs are super comfy too!
Kelcie is excellent. She always gives a wonderful massage during the pedicure and she takes her time with the polish. Love iNails Spa!
