booked a 4pm with dan as i was referred to him, i sat until 4:30 then they told me he wasnt able to do it. thats super inconsiderate. i literally watched him start on someone else nails. so sad cause im looking for a new tech but i was completely disregarded.
I had a pretty important photoshoot…Set an appointment over the phone with Anica and got there and they tried to set me up with a gentleman. I ended up only getting a pedicure with clear polish and buying press on nails. I didn’t appreciate the ole classic switcharoo and pretending to not understand what was going on because what was convenient was just to have me come in and set me with whoever.
