Service is not consistent. Depends on who does it. Yesterday, I had pedicure done by a man who did a very poor job inspite of me telling him. Highly disappointed.

Just moved back to West Lafayette, they did a great job. Very friendly people and staff.
I actually had a great experience when I came with my daughter. There was about 2 other ladies in the store and a little girl getting their nails done. It was a great experience I decided to come back for myself. Which was the worse decision of my life. I came in and from the door I was treated with so much disrespect the entire time. I actually cried during the experience because I felt I was treated unfairly due to being the only blacks person in a room full of middle aged white woman.
