I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. I went in for a Gel-X set, and it was clear the technician was not experienced with the service. There was little to no nail prep before application he simply used glue and cured the tips under the UV light. My cuticles weren’t properly cleaned or trimmed, and during the appointment he accidentally cut my skin three different times. One of my nails began lifting before the appointment was even finished.
