I have been calling since March to get them to stop my service and disconnect from systems in the house. It’s August. Unreal.
If you want prompt service find another alarm company. Recently it took 4 days and 6 phone calls to have someone call me back. I was told after the visit that they didn’t know why my alarm malfunctioned and I should watch it and call back if it happens again. At that time they also discovered my battery was low and needs to be replaced. They said it would be done over the next 1-2 business days.
