Extremely poor customer service skills, bias towards regular customer that aren’t her usual customers, she favours customer that she knows and does their service when I came hours before them. The stylist usually are busy talking on the phone, taking their time doing others services in the middle of doing my service . Overall rude, disrespectful and disappointed with their service provided. I definitely would not come back to this place and would not recommend people not to come here. If I 0/5 I definitely would 👎
