I came to bring my niece for her birthday earlier this year and the staff were welcoming at first offering us tea, coffee etc but I noticed staff don’t value your time my appointment was for 1pm and they started on her hair at 3:30pm wasting a lot of her plans for that day then after the owner got the colouring wrong she said it was”my fault and that that I should have told her that her hair ain’t virgin hair” ( she has never put colour on her hair) the upped the price from the agreed 80$ to 120$ and that if I don’t want to ... read more
I can’t believe the state of my hair after the first wash and I’m in tears I can’t stop crying it’s my birthday weekend and my hair feels like plastics noodles I got a treatment and dye😭😭😭😭 I’m so hurt my hair ment everything to me and I’m gonna have to cut it all of RHIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
