Started working out at In30fit in May 2023. I absolutely love it. Fun workout, awesome trainers who check form. Members make you feel at home and included. The real plus for me is my balance and coordination have really improved. They offer a week free trial. I guarantee you will love it. ✅😎
At first, I was reluctant because I wasn't sure if 30 minute workouts were effective, or worth the driving time. However, I was quickly proved very wrong. I never leave feeling like I didn't get a good workout. Every class is different and so much fun. We do a wide variety of workouts and many of the exercises are unique, like nothing I would've thought to do myself. I joined In30 6 weeks ago, and I can't say enough good things about them. Firstly, I was rather nervous to join a new gym in the midst of a global pandemic, but the team has taken great precautions to ensure a safe and clean workout environment. I love the classes - they're 30 minutes and are far more effective than doing an hour at most other gyms.
