Blume posted on social media for a $50 facial conducted by a trainee. I was booked in and it was confirmed via email. On the day they called me asking me to move the appointment 2 hours before which I couldn't facilitate and they said no worries we can still do the facial. 2 minutes later Blume called me back and then cancelled my appointment. No alternative time or date provided. Very poor customer service.
I’ve been here for a few treatments and it’s always amazing! Nurse Tina is so good at what she does and I trust her 100%! I recently had the Japanese head spa with Sabrina which was a whole new experience! So relaxing after a busy week. It was the perfect way to de stress! And walking out of a massage treatment with fresh hair and a blow out was an added bonus!
I recently had a DMK facial with Sabrina and the entire experience was so amazing I could not recommend more. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Both Sabrina and Sharni clearly explained the benefits and the steps of the procedure along the way, and I felt so incredibly relaxed. Days following the facial, my skin was literally glowing. Can't wait to be back at the beautiful Blume Medspa in the future!!!!!
