Excellent service Good staff
Like many other reviewers here, I was left with grease marks and visible swirl marks/scratches. My car was brand new. I was so angry.
In2Wash: Broadmedows - Despite purchasing a full detail I left with the car requiring extra service(s). The cars bonnet / roof / boot paintwork had water spots on them. Not to say the level of cleanliness isn’t appreciated in the full detail. Perhaps the manager should have offered advice on possible upsell for clay bar treatment as full detail features cut and polish (required more attention.) I will now finish the job privately. Wasn't too happy with the cleaning job. There was visible bird poo still left on the car in different areas, after it was said it was cleaned, so I had to get them to re clean those areas again, which they were obviously fine to do. When underground it's abit hard to see in full detail, after leaving i realised bottom part of front window wasn't cleaned properly too. It was a very average clean for $75. Probably won't be back.
