I am giving a one star due to the miss information regarding location posted. This Whittier location is not In Vogue Salon in Montebello nor is it a second location. Photos posted are clearly Montebello location. Not sure how this happened, don’t be fooled.
I made an appointment arrived and was in the waiting area for 15 minutes with no help so I left. I have no idea why I was ignored by everyone in the salon. Must be that they don’t want customers.
Best salon I've been to in my life; excellent service, treatment, and friendly hairstylists, would recommend anyone especially Luis. He definitely knows what he's doing
Luis, is a excellent hairdresser. Has treated my hair with Kertin. I have highlights. My hair does not look over processed. It always looks healthy. I love my hair.
