We recently called to ask about a blind that was feeling stiff to pull up after 20 years!!! Rather than try to sell me a new blind, Peter offered for one of his guys to call in to fix it as he explained that it was probably just a broken spring. We’ve had our outdoor awning now for over a year and it has been such a valuable addition to our home! We couldn’t be more pleased - it works perfectly and provides much needed shade for our office area at certain times of the day.
