I was at Hancock Fabrics and saw the store and always wanted to go in. Well one day I did. Cramped spaces, dark rooms and I found some things with stains and holes in them. You would think they would take more pride in their merchandise. Could have found much better deals at goodwill. For used clothing it's pretty highly priced although you can find the occasional steal.
Despite its desire to be "upscale", it is after all a glorified thrift shop (with that thrift shop smell). There are some nice clothes, but the real turn off is the signage that basically accuses everybody of being a thief. Like we really want to steal used clothing. Also the posted rules for the changing room really annoyed me. Be courteous to your customers, shopkeeper.
Nice location. However. Slightly shady dealings. Not to say they steal...... but i cannot be sure. I do donate my clothes through them to the Julian center when my contract is due to expire, but I have noticed my stuff still on the racks way after my contract due date, still for sale! I reread my contract & it stated that my things are forfeited to In Vogue upon expiration date.
