I am writing this to share my terrible experience with InVitro Tech Labs (West Hollywood). They worl in close partner, California Center for Reproductive Health (CCRH). This place is the absolute worst in terms of service. Communication is terrible, almost as if they only work for 30 seconds every hour and if you're lucky enough to have called in that 30 second time frame to be able to speak to someone. 🤣

Whatever you do don’t deal with Darlene from billing. She’s not kind at all and not caring about patients. I’ve been a patient for over 8 years and I’m disappointed with the treatment I just got from her.

Billing Department Representative was extremely RUDE!!! . I called the number listed on Google, and instead of assisting me, she yelled at me for reaching Billing with a lab-related question. She kept talking over me without even listening.

Invitro Tech on Sunset is a full scam practice. Their way of conducting business is illegal. They pretend not to have received notice to destroy your embryos and then they send you massive bills years and years later for storage. They need to be taken to court.
