Whatever you do don’t deal with Darlene from billing. She’s not kind at all and not caring about patients. I’ve been a patient for over 8 years and I’m disappointed with the treatment I just got from her.
Billing Department Representative was extremely RUDE!!! . I called the number listed on Google, and instead of assisting me, she yelled at me for reaching Billing with a lab-related question. She kept talking over me without even listening.
Invitro Tech on Sunset is a full scam practice. Their way of conducting business is illegal. They pretend not to have received notice to destroy your embryos and then they send you massive bills years and years later for storage. They need to be taken to court.
This place is awful. Cheyenne (the manager) is unprofessional, rude and just plainly doesn’t care about patients. A simple call to find out if they received paperwork took 5 phone calls, 2 voicemails, 2 emails and me harassing them one morning with several calls for them to tell me they DONT have my paperwork when I have a tracking number veriifying it was delivered in their mailbox.. took 6 weeks to get an answer!! STOP. Read this carefully. I got a call from this shop as well. I think everyone is getting the same call. billing after 2-3 years. This shop clearly had billing issuance issues, and just woke up, and are now realizing their bills weren't sent. It is impossible that all of us are having the same billing issues after 2 years.
