I was on time and was addressed immediately. No wait …..The tech took me into the exam room and performed a compilation of pre-exam tests. Once she was done with that, I was taken into the actual exam room. I waited no longer than five minutes for the doctor. He introduced himself and made me feel at ease immediately. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is so easy to talk to. I shared my concerns with him and he listened intently. In all my years, I have never had such a comprehensive and thorough eye exam. Performance Eyecare is new to us, but Dr. Jalali is not. We’ve been patients of his for over two decades now and very happy to see him back in Columbia and our first visit today.
