I think Abigail is knowledgeable but her personality and how she handles business is pretty awful. She knew my daughter for 20 minutes at intake and had a 5 item list as to why she has to be on the Autism spectrum. She also didn't seem to want to give me time to speak on any issues my daughter was having, I got 5 minutes and that was that and she didn't even want to give me those 5. If you’re looking for someone to work with someone with disabilities? Move on. This woman’s ego and lack of awareness leaves her highly judgmental. She is not properly trained to work with those with intellectual disabilities. She is often rude to their families and staff and makes assumptions about non-verbal and non-communicative individuals making claims that she couldn’t possibly know.
