Josh is amazing!! He works quickly. I was expecting to wait almost a week for my car part to come in and it to be fixed, but it ended up only being 2 days! He shows you everything he does to the car and is the most affordable option in the area by far. Definitely my go-to automotive place now. I gladly recommend In-Tune Automotive to everyone!
I came to Josh needing a transmission replacement, and he was very helpful and prompt with the job, and he did a great job and went the extra mile! We had limited time to get it done, and he did all he could to get it done as soon as possible! He does a great job, and for a very good price. He is great at communication, and keeps you updated on every step of the way, and helps you understand what he is doing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing any work done on their vehicle!
This is the most honest mechanic and repairman I have been to in a long time. Update: I am not really sure that I can keep my five star review. My car has been sitting there since October and I have reached out multiple times and there is no effort or care for me at all. I understand life happens and there are family emergencies, but communication is key to keeping lifelong customers. Josh was awesome! He helped me get my car for college fixed for an affordable price. No up-selling, the communication was great, and he didn’t take a long time to make the fixes!
