Guy and his crew helped me out in an emergency. I had a flooded basement due to a busted water heater yesterday. I called Guy and he sent out a team from First Response within the hour to remove the water and get water damage assessment started. He sent out one of his crew members, Frank, out the next day to replace my water heater. If you need work done in an emergency, In Town Plumbing is the place to get it done!
We had been discussing three projects with Guy from In Town Plumbing since April: replacing the boiler, replacing a bathroom faucet, and replacing a garage faucet. On June 15, I called him again. His tone was abrupt from the start, I greeted him politely and his answer was "who is this?" instead of responded back politely. Although he said he would call back later in that afternoon, he never did. Even though our boiler was still working, he kept pushing us to replace it immediately and quoted $12k–$13k.
