I have to say that Becky at In Touch is great! She's very knowledgeable, and can target knots like a heat-seeking missile! She is very good at digging deep and breaking apart stubborn myofacial points... she also has given me great dietary and herbal tips, along with interesting stretches so that I can minimize the abuse to my muscles.
