I can’t recommend this enough for anyone suffering with lower back pain. I was barely able to get up from a seated position a month ago and in constant pain to the point where mobility was a struggle. I tried chiro for the first time and started seeing Dr Ahren. He gave me a comprehensive diagnosis of what was causing my issues and a plan to fix them. It has been just over a month and the difference has been life changing. My back pain is virtually gone. I regret not doing this sooner!
