I did the over the phone reiki session with Jessica. I was a little skeptical at first but afterwards I felt a pleasantly noticeable difference in my energy and my tension was gone! Not to mention my backache hasn't returned since. Do yourself some goodness and come to Jess to have light and peace channeled to you and experience a cleansing of your aura and energy that you deserve. She is grounded and kind and you will feel at ease in her presence.

Jess is one of the kindest, thoughtful and focused people I have met. She fills her practice with warmth and love so that the people that she's reaching leave feeling at peace with themselves and with the world. Jess is very intentional with the energy she exudes in her practice. She is direct, so you never have to wonder what her objective is, and she is patient and well spoken. Her yoga classes never fail to relieve the pain and tension in my back. I would highly recommend Jess and her practice to anyone!

Jess is very caring and kind. I have received Reiki healing treatments as well as yoga classes from her, and she is very dedicated and makes sure you are ok throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable in the subject, and she is selfless, always making you her priority during the session. 100% recommended.
